Never have the words Disney and relax ever come together for me being a single mother of 4 kids. This trip was Different! For the first time, I put the planning in Stephanie's more than capable hands and just did what she suggested. She set everything up for us, from rides, to shows, and dining. We were able to hit every ride my kids wanted to hit with no waits, tried dining we had never tried, and her organization of where we would be, put us perfectly in place to make wonderful shows! The timing of our dining and shows gave us the perfect opportunity to sit and recharge in the nice cool air conditioning as well. Before booking with Stephanie, I was nervous that I would have to plan everything and buy all kinds of planning guides, but Stephanie guided us day by day with so much care and expertise! In the first time in forever - I could just relax and enjoy the park and my boys :)

I was struggling with a way to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday and Stephanie is a family friend that helped me come up with the idea for a Disney cruise. I am the husband that just shows up for vacations, so I had no idea where to start. Stephanie was able to help me figure out cruise dates that worked around my work schedule. After we decided on a date, we began the planning process. We worked on getting transportation from the airport to a Disney resort the day before the cruise. Transportation to the port as well. I was updated with important dates for booking things on the ship. Stephanie was also able to help me secure reservations for Palo brunch and Palo dinner on my wife's birthday, which is an incredibly hard reservation to get. When it was time for the trip, Stephanie gave us a care package that had several cruise magnets for our trip. They were incredible! We had an absolutely wonderful vacation. Stephanie will always be who I go to for any vacation plan my family needs.

Stephanie helped us put together the perfect Disney trip for our family. We have several change of plans and Stephanie was super responsive, resourceful, and accommodating each and every time. Highly recommend!

Stephanie made a complicated process easy. She took care of every minor detail and was in contact throughout reminding us of deadlines (dinner reservations, lightning line process, etc). We had a question on Thanksgiving day and she responded within minutes!! A true professional who loves her job. She made our special family trip magical!
