In August, Grace and I set out on a very special birthday trip to celebrate her 20th and my 46th birthday! Each leg of the trip felt like a fairytale and this vacation was truly such as memorable way to celebrate!
We began our journey with a night at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, which was the perfect way to start our vacation! We loved this elegant, peaceful resort and enjoyed a delicious character dinner at 1900 Park Fare! We enjoyed the Magic Kingdom fireworks right from our balcony! The room was just our absolute favorite, with all of the Mary Poppins details.
As we enjoyed a delectable breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe, our luggage was whisked away for us (to show up later in our stateroom on The Wish)! Those hashbrowns- yum! And the biscuits- everything was so good and we were so very excited to board the bus to Port Canaveral to embark the Disney Wish!
There really aren't words sufficient enough to describe how beautiful the Wish is, and the theming throughout is superb! We were SO excited to check our our stateroom! The bed was so very comfortable! Disney Cruiseline's signature split bath, with 1 door/space for the shower/tub/sink and 1 door/space for the toilet/sink made getting ready at the same time so easy in the morning, before dinner, etc! Gamechanger!
