Walt Disney World offers so many wonderful quick service restaurants, in addition to their table service options! Here are some of our top picks!
As you can see in the opening photo, Primo Piatto at Disney's Riviera Resort is one of my favorites. Here you see the Croque Monsieur sandwich with parmesan-herbed fries. That sandwich is so yummy! They also have delicious artisan hearth-baked pizzas and this spicy Italian sandwich, which my husband Mike enjoys, with a side salad. And of course, we are fans of the famous Riviera cookie!
I am a big fan of Woody's Lunch Box in Disney's Hollywood Studios- the brisket grilled cheese is to-die-for and they have fun homemade pop tarts (flavors varying by season-this is a hot chocolate one). Toy Story Land has such a fun atmosphere too! I highly recommend mobile order here (hop on your app when you are in line at an attraction and schedule this while there are still time slots left open-don't wait until too close to when you want to eat)!
Another highlight for me is Pecos Bills Tall Tale Inn & Cafe in Magic Kingdom (Frontierland). We always seem to end up here for sustenance and there is a ton of seating. I like to get a kid's meal here (chicken rice bowl), and the chips, queso, and rice are quite good. This is a location that is also open during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, with some specialty items that are not usually available in addition to the usual menu.
Now on to some top picks from my husband, Mike!
He loves Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo (Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge) in Disney's Hollywood Studios due to the unique eats. Here is the Endorian Fried Chicken Tip Yip. Think fancy chicken tenders-they are quite good as is the mac and cheese! And the Batuuan Beef and Crispy Topato, which Mike loves! He says with all the vegetables, it feels like you are eating healthy with this meal!
Next up is Regal Eagle Smokehouse in EPCOT (American Adventure pavilion). This is a newer restaurant that we visited a few months back for the first time. Mike loved the beef brisket sandwich on Texas toast, Grace enjoyed the BBQ burger (also on Texas toast), and I enjoyed the Kansas city-smoked half chicken but the REAL winner here was the mac and cheese! Plus, the Smores brownie is very good, and I was gifted this for free due to the cast member spying my Happy Birthday button!
And lastly, another standout for Mike is Polite Pig at Disney Springs (Town Center). He loves Layla's ribs with coleslaw and potato salad sides. I really enjoyed the mac and cheese but wasn't a fan of the brisket (I preferred the Regal Eagle brisket from Mike's sandwich there). Grace had the 3 sides meal and enjoyed this (she chose mac and cheese, chili, and waffle fries). Yes, apparently we like to get mac and cheese A LOT and we didn't even tell you all the places we like to get it (let's just say Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is the place to go for the very best)! The Polite Pig is a fun atmosphere and they are quite efficient with getting the food out quickly.
We hope you enjoyed learning about some of our top rated Walt Disney World quick service dining locations! Which of these looks most tempting to you? What is your favorite quick service spot?
