Disney is absolutely AMAZING with food allergies. I have traveled many, many times, be it to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and even Disney Cruise Line, and I've not yet had a bad experience. That's not to say it doesn't happen, but Disney truly goes above and beyond to make sure that you can relax and eat safely while on vacation.

In some cases, when visiting the theme parks, you can email the Special Parks department as much as 2 weeks in advance, and pre-order certain food items. As for me, I recently visited Disneyland Park and pre-ordered Monte Cristo. Let me tell you, it was AMAZING! You never truly appreciate fried sandwiches until you cannot easily have them!

On Disney Cruise Line, they went above and beyond. My server took my breakfast order every night at dinner, found me in the buffet every morning, and hand-delivered my meal to me. He even took my order for what I would be eating when we debarked on Castaway Cay.

You can truly relax when traveling to Disney destinations for vacations if you have a food allergy. And you CAN take my word for it!
