Hello! Ever since my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was in kindergarten, I have been in love with all of the magic Disney offers. I am a former Walt Disney World cast and, currently, I am a Disney Vacation Club Member, as well as, an Annual Pass holder. This means, I travel to Disney destinations often and I am always keeping up-to-date on the newest resorts, food, attractions and all other magic Disney has to offer guests. I am also a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge program and have participated in Disney's Approach to Quality Service course through Disney Institute.

I book several Disney destinations, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii!

As your personal vacation concierge, I am ready to help you plan the perfect Disney vacation! Whether you are traveling with a family that includes small children, older kids, for a honeymoon or girls’ weekend, I am ready to offer suggestions and help you create the perfect itinerary for you! I also know that many guests who visit Walt Disney World may also be interested in visiting Universal Studios during their time in the Orlando area. I am also an Universal Orlando Resorts Specialist and I have personally visited Universal Orlando several times. I am happy to help book a great resort stay and/or tickets to Universal Orlando as well!

Great memories were made . We loved it !

Carolyn was very helpful thoughout the entire process !
As grandparents it was a bit overwhelming trying to navigate through everything.
Thanks to Carolyn that process was made a lot easier and she had lots of great ideas for what places would be best for the childrens ages. She helped us with the resort we stayed at, our meal plans, fast passes and getting everything booked in time. She really made things easier for us . Thank you Carolyn. We couldn't have done it without you !

Disney Birthday Trip!

Carolyn was absolutely fantastic to work with. We booked this trip fairly last minute with only a few months to plan. She made sure that we had everything we were looking for from dining reservations to fast passes. I will hopefully be reaching out to Carolyn soon to help us plan another trip!
