This year we decided on a Family Vacation to celebrate Christmas!! Vanessa helped us check all the boxes that we need checked when we travel as a Family. Upon check in, the hotel could not (would not) make good on the requests we made for our room accommodations. As soon as Vanessa heard about our situation she intervened and took care of everything!!! She reminded us immediately the value of booking with a travel agent. She took all of the stress out of our situation so we could get back to enjoying our family vacation. Vanessa you were amazing, Thank You

Incredible 30th anniversary trip
Vanessa planned an incredible 30th anniversary trip for my husband and I to Portugal. We knew we wanted to go to Portugal, but we did not know exactly to what areas. Vanessa provided us information on locations and created a wonderful itinerary for us. It was very easy to work with her and she guided us along through the whole process. Our trip was amazing ! From the car service to the hotels to the excursions planned, it was perfect ! We are so happy that we chose her as our vacation planner We are looking forward to using her again on our next trip! Thank you Vanessa For making our 30th wedding anniversary so special!

A well-deserved break and a great overall experien
