Jodie is very easy to work with, helpful, and provided a lot of useful information before going on my trip. It was my first trip to Disney World and she made it a great experience!

This was a girl's trip for runDisney. From the moment I reserved my room, she held my hand and walked me through all the things that I wanted to do. She helped plan daily itineraries, reservations, and routes once I entered the park.

When say we road all the thrill rides & did all things, I am not kidding. She coached us on how to do Genie+ or Lighting Lanes depending on the day and ride.
The BEST surprise came when she arranged for my son who is in the Navy stationed in King's Bay to surprise me! I hadn't seen my son for months. It was Disney Magic at its finest.
