Amber was available and eager to answer all of my questions, no matter how silly and how often I repeated the same ones. I thought it would be nerve wracking planning such a big trip for six people, but with Amber there was no anxiety and no problems - she made it a breeze! We came home with memories that will last a life time and the kids are already wanting to go back - there's no question we will be working with Amber again in the future!

Our family of 5 (which includes 3 teens/preteens) just returned from a Disney Cruise, stay @ Art of Animation, visits to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, AND an evening at Disney & Cirque du Soleil's "Drawn to Life" at Disney Springs. Amber was incredibly organized and professional, so friendly and always reachable to help us iron out the details. I also appreciate that she was super proactive in order to make sure we were getting the most out of our trip. I've visited the parks many times in my life but never in a manner that was so well planned out and organized, and even included insider tips and tricks I was never aware of & never would have known had Amber not helped us with our planning. We can't wait for our next family trip to Disney & we'll definitely be working with Amber when we do!
