For the young and young-at-heart, a trip to Disney is the ultimate dream come true. But planning the itinerary? I have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed almost all the other types of vacations that Disney offers, including sailing aboard four of its cruises (I'm a Gold Castaway Club Member) and staying in Aulani, which is Disney's ultra-family-friendly resort and spa in Hawaii. I am also a foodie, who prides herself on providing excellent, on-point restaurant recommendations to my clients.
